A Day in the Life of a Business Development Representative at innRoad:
- Generate a heavy volume of outbound dials a day with goal of qualifying and passing leads to Account Executives
- Work to meet and exceed monthly goals defined to maximize deal flow with outbound emails, calls, and setting up meetings
- Maintain meticulous notes while tracking accounts and engagement in Salesforce
- Weekly 1:1 meetings with Sales Manager
- 0-2 years’ sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Had a lemonade stand growing up
