Invictus Property Advisors (“IPA”) is a newly formed mid-market, tech-driven, commercial real estate brokerage based in Midtown Manhattan. We specialize in investment sales utilizing a tailor-made approach to maximize asset-value and create opportunities for investors.

Mission:

Our goal is to become a premier boutique commercial real estate brokerage that implements new technology into every aspect of our business. We want to equip and enhance the real estate broker with unique proprietary software to increase sales leads/closings and to differentiate the broker from his competition.

Responsibilities:

· Design, prototype, implement, and test NLP (Natural language processing) product.

· Utilize voice recognition software.

· Write code in Python and other languages utilizing open-source frameworks and available libraries.

· Find solutions to NLP tasks by utilizing the latest academic literature to guide the technical direction of the product.

· Rapidly evaluate creative ideas to determine their strengths and weaknesses.

Requirements:

· Ability to write high quality code in Python and other coding languages.

· Experience with NLP (natural language processing).

· Understanding of AWS / Google Cloud.

· Ability to explain complex technical aspects of the project to all members of the company.

· Ability to adapt to new developments and require minimal supervision.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities with careful attention to detail.

· Currently in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Compensation:

· Equity stake to be negotiated.
