This internship is designed to provide graduate and undergraduate students with experience in research and data analysis. Interns who participate in this program will develop essential skills that are not attained in the academic world and enable them to make the transition from academic to professional life. This is a great opportunity for a student to gain first-hand experience in the corporate training and development industry and built their portfolio.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Support project team in developing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Support project tasks such as implementing client updates, selecting stock media and captioning
- Research innovations and best practices in training and development
- Assist with developing instructional content such as storyboards and scripts
- Aid in planning video shoots and on-location coordination
- Aid in editing and creating graphics in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Assist with media file organization, transfer, and documentation
- Provide coordination and administrative support for the project team
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited institution in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Instructional Systems Technology, Graphic Design, or related field.
Language: English fluency (oral and written)
Experience: Background in Instructional design and media development.
Knowledge: Familiarity with eLearning tools and willingness to learn.
Soft Skills: Must be able to organize, track and complete multiple tasks during the workday as priorities change. Key qualifications include initiative, organizational skills, ability to work well in a team, and strong communication skills (oral and written). A high level of attention to detail.
Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate
