A busy memoir ghostwriter seeks a writers’ assistant to help with editing, proofreading, research, and formatting tasks on a project-by-project basis. This job is meant for writers looking to become freelance writers themselves, or who are interested in taking on their own memoir ghostwriting clients at some point. We’re looking for writers who are reliable, personable, can meet deadlines, and who are well-read.

The time commitment for this position is 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include creating chapter outlines, providing feedback on submissions, and proofreading drafts, but apprentices can ask for more responsibilities per their learning interests.

Please be sure to apply externally through the survey link provided in this posting. Applicants who do not complete our survey will not be considered.
