Job title: Marketing Program Coordinator
Work location: Remote, may be required to attend events and meetings as needed
Position time requirements: Part time, est’d 10-12 hours weekly & variable depending on assigned programs
Direct supervisor: Marketing Manager
Minimum requirements and expectations?
The Marketing Program Coordinator role will require administrative skills and a marketing orientation.
This person should have educational background and/or prior experience in real estate marketing, including event planning and creating social media campaigns and other relevant marketing initiatives. Preferably, this person will have experience with project/program planning, implementation, budgeting and management.
A highly successful Marketing Program Coordinator will take ownership for the creation and formulation of marketing programs to include defining appropriate tracking and reporting systems. This person must be a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills coupled with a high level of time management skills.
Additionally, this person must be a well-organized, service-minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills working team members and external organizations.
This role requires a high degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness given their access to sensitive files and information.
