We are incubating Doxy.ai. Doxy is on a mission to make one click real estate a reality. People should be able to buy,sell, and rent real estate without the 8%+ fees and 30+ day waiting time. We are starting with property management. We are building a marketplace for legal documents that allows people to find, sign, and manage rental properties.

This project has three key components: a template library, signing, and document management. The template library is a series of forms that the user can fill in and get a customized version of. We have 5 templates today.

The intern will help us develop more templates with workflows for users, develop a sign feature to allow users to send these documents to the counterparty and track progress, and management features to store and organize these documents within the website.
