Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote opportunity to join a highly successful team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations.
- Present and explain insurance policy options, terms, and benefits to clients.
- Handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and amendments.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and business coverage options.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels and marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
- Provide ongoing policy support and respond to customer inquiries and claims assistance.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications:
- Ability to resolve complex customer issues
