Digital Marketing Commission Internship
I am looking for 3–5 Digital Marketing Appointment Setters to join our remote team and drive new business through our Google Local Service Ads offerings and beyond. We are a Utah Digital Marketing Agency with over 15+ years of experience and looking to expand our outreach channels and drive growth. We work with clients all across the US and Canada!
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and prospect businesses qualified for Google Local Service Ads
- Cold Call and set appointments for our closing team
- Educate prospects on the value of our digital marketing services
- Build lasting client relationships and grow a recurring income
Compensation & Perks:

Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Must be confident and clear on the phone, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Able to work independently, stay disciplined, and driven to meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.
- Interest in Sales & Marketing: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with a desire to gain real-world experience in the digital marketing industry.
- Basic Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other related software (training provided if necessary).
- Availability & Reliability: Must be able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule (remote and flexible) and maintain communication with the team regarding progress and updates.
