This is a telecommute/work from home position.
The HR Associate provides timely and efficient benefit and leave administration support or human resources data transactions processing. Provides support for and resolves general benefit/leave or data integrity issues as assigned. Maintains a high level of confidentiality and performs duties in a manner consistent with Mercy’s mission, values and service standards.
- Experience: Two years experience in benefits/leave administration or HRIS support.
- Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Education: Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- Preferred Experience: Some Lawson experience.
