We are now looking to hire in our new state of the art FiDi – NYC office, which allows for further development and expansion of the business. We are looking to appoint a 360 Full Desk Business Recruitment Consultant.

Key responsibilities include:

· Working within a core market, operating within your own individual sector and performing Executive Search solutions at the highest level.

· Responsible for Account Management of current clients.

· Responsible for both the client and candidate side.

· Business Development and attracting new accounts.

· Full autonomy and responsibility for the recruitment process.

Key requirements include:

· Hardworking and a genuine interest in a Sales career.

· To be based in New York.

· GPA 3.0 or above.

· Competitive personality.

· Outstanding networking ability and people skills.
