New Entry’s mission is to promote sustainable agriculture and help to strengthen local food systems. We offer a variety of opportunities for summer internships, directed-study, research projects, and work-study employment. New Entry appreciates the diverse backgrounds and excellent qualifications of students from various degree programs, colleges, and universities

This position will assist with marketing activities of New Entry Food Hub, create promotional materials for the CSA, and assist with shareholder recruitment; prepare newsletter/recipe templates; facilitate food access partnerships to expand access for low income families. Interns will assist with the aggregation and distribution of produce coming and going from the food hub for CSA and food access shares. The positions will help build relationships across the local food supply chain and assist with volunteer coordination.

We are looking for self-directed interns who can work well in teams and individually and have an interest in building equity and resiliency into local food systems.
