The Spring 2025 Family Programs intern will conduct research for programs related to new exhibitions (Real Clothes Real Lives, Pets and the City, etc.) and special holiday programming (President’s Day, AAPI Family Day, Camp History, etc.) as well as become an integral member of our Family Programs team. They will assist with marketing; administrative tasks; preparing materials for programs; and staffing a variety of other family programs for The New York Historical and DiMenna Children’s History Museum. By the end of the internship, the intern will have gained experience with researching, developing, and delivering out-of-school-time programs for a variety of family audiences. We require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to projects. Please note, this will be a hybrid internship.
