The History Exhibits intern will assist the History Exhibits Department in the curation of two upcoming history exhibitions. The internship will largely involve research and creation of research reports for one project focusing on religion and western expansion in the 19th century, and one on Frederick Douglass’ vision for a Reconstructed America. The intern will be part of the exhibition planning team and will collaborate closely with team members under the supervision of the V.P. for History Exhibitions. Preference will be given to candidates who are graduate-level history majors, have familiarity with relevant topics, and have good writing skills.
This position may be completed for credit or a stipend.
