The HR intern will be an active member of the Human Resources Department and will receive training for a variety of tasks and projects related to recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and learning and development. These tasks and projects are intended to provide the intern with educational and operational experience, as well as an overview of particular HR functions and employment laws. The ideal candidate has a keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and has the ability to maintain confidential information. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Labor Relations, Non-Profit or Arts Administration or a related field.
This position may be completed for credit or a stipend.
