2024 New Hampshire Coordinated Campaign Voter Protection Fellow
Start Date: Immediately upon hiring

Travel Required: New Hampshire
The New Hampshire Democratic Party is recruiting a Voter Protection Fellow to ensure that Vice President Harris and Democrats up and down the ballot secure victory in November. This Fellow will support staff on the voter protection team. They will have the opportunity to cultivate mentor relationships and network amongst various departments, and gain experience. Experience in voter protection is not required, however a research and/or organizing background are preferred. This Fellowship will begin immediately upon hiring and run until November 15th. The hourly rate is $15 an hour with a cap of 25 hours per week. The Fellow will report directly to members of our Voter Protection Team.

Responsibilities:
● Assist with legal and policy research assignments.
● Recruit and train volunteers for our poll observer and hotline volunteer programs
● Support and own miscellaneous voter protection projects.
Qualifications:
● 1 year of experience in organizing or relevant work for an electoral campaign, advocacy organization, elected official, or non-profit (including internships and volunteer work)
● Ability to track, organize, and manage data across various technology platforms
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adapt accordingly
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet deadlines
● Experience managing volunteers and a strong research background preferred
● Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
