About Nomi Network

Nomi Network is a non-profit organization whose mission is to end human trafficking by creating pathways to safe employment, empowering women and girls to break cycles of slavery in their families and communities.

Summary

The Development Department of Nomi Network has a full-time opening, immediate start, for a Development Admin. This is an entry-level position with the possibility for advancement. The Development Admin provides support to the Development Department, which oversees all fundraising activities for the organization. The primary roles of the Development Admin are to provide support for the Director of Advancement, maintain the donor database, including donation entry and regular reporting of donor activity, and perform donor & prospect research. The Development Admin will also provide support in donor appreciation, communications, and event management.

Reports to: Director of Advancement

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Director of Advancement in the areas of scheduling, follow-up, donor research, and any other projects as needed
  • Support Development Associate with various administrative tasks related to donor development, such as data entry, thank you cards, mailing donor gifts, and donor communications
  • Assist the Development Associate with creating and organizing reports around donation activity
  • Donor database entry (Salesforce), ensuring the database is up-to-date with donor records, donations, and lead management updates
  • Support the President and Director of Advancement with various administrative tasks
  • related to donor development
  • Provide administrative support to the development team in the execution of events and campaigns, including assistance with bulk mailing and email blasts

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Extremely detail-oriented and self-motivated

· Excellent organizational skills

· Strong writing and copyediting skills

· High EQ with excellent interpersonal skills

· Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines

· Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Suite; experience with Salesforce a plus

Fully remote to start with move to in-person as able
