We are seeking an outstanding individual to become a Business Development Manager to work directly with our CEO on sales and business development. The role is one of our first hires for our sales team so you’ll have a tremendous opportunity to shape the growth of the company. The position can be remote or based out of our Silver Spring, MD office base on your preference.
Qualifications include a 4-year college degree, fantastic written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude and a track record of success. Prior sales experience is preferred but we are happy to consider recent graduates and candidates looking to start their career is sales.
In the role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process. You’ll be provided with training and an assistant to support prospecting which will allow you to focus on completing calls and demos with potential clients. The position offers a base salary of $55k, on target earnings of $85k and the ability to earn over $100k per year.
