Medical Device Sales Specialist

This portable, accurate solution is suited equally for the modern clinic, optical retail store, home visit, and global health missions.

Opportunity

We are recruiting for a part/full-time entry-level Medical Device Sales Specialist to assist with our domestic and international growth. In this high-profile position, you will work with a cross-functional, multi-cultural team and report directly to the executive suite. There is potential for remote/offsite work.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship through value creation and partnership for mutual benefit
  • Achieve sales objectives: Follow up on marketing leads, contact customers via phone, email, and in- person visits (as travel restrictions allow), and provide technical support
  • Use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Hubspot) to track leads, attain
  • monthly sales objectives, and prepare sales reports as requested
  • Drive sales and service growth initiatives through execution of the sales/marketing plan, manage activities to achieve sales targets, and communicate closely with other team members to assure high levels of customer service

Future priorities

  • Attend key trade shows and make field visits as needed
  • Relay “voice of the customer” feedback to engineering team to drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor markets, competition, pricing, and industry trends to make recommendations on business
  • strategy
  • Expand into new customer segments; work with marketing to identify and develop lead generation campaigns

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field (medical device, sales management)
  • Experience using CRM software (Hubspot) is a strong plus
  • Medical sales experience a strong plus
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong sense of ownership and independence
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English is required
  • Eager to work in a startup environment on challenging yet impactful projects
  • Must be flexible, proactive, and resourceful in addressing new challenges
