Part-Time Content & Outreach Associate

About the role
Our content team produces interviews with senior executives that surface real insight into career paths, industry trends, and what companies actually look for in emerging talent. We’re looking for sharp, curious undergraduates to join our Content & Outreach team, where you’ll research the leaders we want to feature, craft the messaging that gets them to say yes, and help shape the content that comes out of those conversations.
This is a rare chance to build a network of executives, sit in on high-level conversations, and develop research and writing skills that will serve you long after graduation.
What you’ll do
- Conduct in-depth research on targeted executives and industry leaders to understand their background, work, and what makes them worth featuring
- Write customized, compelling outreach messages that secure interviews with high-profile individuals
- Join interviews to observe, take notes, and build relationships with the leaders we feature
- Help develop copy and content from completed interviews, turning conversations into polished, publishable material
- Collaborate with the broader content team to keep the outreach and publishing pipeline moving
What we’re looking for
- Current undergraduate student
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed on unfamiliar people, companies, and industries
- Excellent writing — clear, persuasive, and adaptable to different audiences and tones
- Comfort with professional outreach and a knack for making a message land
- Self-directed, organized, and reliable with deadlines
- Genuine curiosity about business, careers, and the people who shape industries
