Proskauer is seeking a Corporate Knowledge Management Intern in the Los Angeles or Boston office. Reporting to the Knowledge Management Coordinator, the Intern will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate and Knowledge Management departments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work on departmental projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Knowledge Management Coordinator
  • Provide assistance and technical support to the Firm and end users in connection with practice technology, including but not limited to, (i) maintaining applications created by the Knowledge Management department, (ii) providing access to technology resources and creating user IDs; and (ii) working with vendors and the Firm’s IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Assist with maintaining and keeping track of Corporate deals and key documents in deal databases
  • Assist with practice group newsletters by identifying recently closed deals, legal industry news, and relevant CLE opportunities for our attorneys

Qualifications

  • Must be a current college sophomore, junior or senior
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work collaboratively as a member of a team with a positive attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and meticulous follow through
  • Ability to ask questions when needed
  • Previous internship experience a plus
