Looking for a driven administrative assistant who wants to join our dynamic team. Our diverse group of staff lead Elite Skills Training, School Programming, and Town Partnerships in efforts to build superior athletes and impact the youth to be better individuals on and off the court. The administrative assistant would spearhead the backend of the organization providing thorough communication, scheduling, organization, and system management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and staff, handling all administrative aspects in a timely and professional manner
- Manage scheduling system via CoachIQ
- Monitor and manage emails and create mass emails via G-mail
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, mail
- Oversee and organize files, drives, contracts, marketing materials, website updates
- Design and create via Canva
- Prepare weekly schedule for trainers
- Create monthly newsletter
Approx. 10-25 hours per week (may fluctuate as needed)
- $700 monthly, with opportunity for increase
- Remote work available, with occasional visits on site/gym
Skills and Qualifications:
- Driven individual and quick learner
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with coaching software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, browsers
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
