Tufts Political Science alum David Baumwoll (LA ’06) is seeking an intern with a passion for improving democracy for his new political technology startup, Rep’d (https://www.repd.us/).
Rep’d is a new political technology start-up that digitizes voter engagement for campaigns by connecting voter questions with candidate video answers. After an exciting 2020 cycle working with candidates from New Orleans School Board up to a Massachusetts Congressional race, Rep’d is now focused on becoming a staple in New York City’s fast-paced 2021 election, from city council up through Mayor.
Rep’d is seeking intern candidates for business development, marketing, and campaign acquisition. In addition, the intern will also gain experience using analytics to tell narratives around the issues voters care about and provide strategic recommendations on how campaigns can implement them. The intern should be organized, hard-working, and reliable with strong written and verbal communications skills. The internship will run remotely from March-June and will include a stipend. We are looking to hire for this position immediately, so applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
