Job Details
Compensation: $19.61/hour
Start Date: September 14, 2026
End Date: December 4, 2026
Location: This position will be fully remote
Hours: Part-time; Approximately 30 hours per week, with flexible hours as needed
In this internship, you will:
- Organize, maintaining, and updating media lists;
- Help to update and track our internal communications databases;
- Work on written press products, including weekly newsletters, briefing documents, press releases, and other materials;
- Conduct media research; and
- Monitor news coverage.
In this internship, you will learn:
- Increased knowledge of the political media landscape;
- Familiarity with media databases and sending platforms (Cision);
- Experience writing press materials;
- Exposure to media relationship building and pitching.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a commitment to Reproductive Freedom for All’s work to protect and advance reproductive freedom, including access to abortion care, birth control, pregnancy and post-partum care, and paid family leave;
- Has a commitment to contributing to a workplace environment in which diversity is valued and supported;
- Experience or interest in media relations;
- Displays cultural competency;
- Willingness to work as a team member and to contribute to a positive team environment; and
- Ideally available to work 30 hrs a week.
