RPA is seeking talented interns to join the Launch Internship Program for the Summer Semester.
At RPA we believe an internship should be more than a resume filler, it should be a place to set the course of your career. Our Launch Internships embody this very sentiment. You’ll get to experience firsthand the bold, creative, and collaborative culture that’s made RPA one of AdAge’s “Best Places to Work.” You get to do real work on real brands, as part of the largest advertising internship program in Los Angeles.
We’re not like other agencies. We believe we can only do our biggest thinking and create our most inspiring work when we put People First. Which means valuing and empowering our people to do their best, and inspiring them to create ideas and experiences that respect people.
If you’re ready to work with awesome people in a place where people are encouraged to swing big, act bold, and be their most awesome selves, we want to meet you. Because we’re nothing without our people, and everything because of you.
The Research, Analytics + Insights (RAI) team transforms data into valuable discoveries. RAI analyzes the data from our digital media, social media, websites, email campaigns, consumer surveys and other industry sources. The RAI intern will contribute to all aspects of the group’s work—including pulling data from various software interfaces, performing basic computational analyses, helping to proofread and edit documents, assisting with preparation of client presentations, and supporting the team via organizational and administrative tasks. This position will also provide the intern with hands-on, real-world learning experience; exposure to cutting-edge research and analytics; and an opportunity to work alongside senior staff.

A major airline has a new ad campaign, which tested well in copy-testing research. However ticket sales are flat. Usually copy-testing results are correlated with ticket sales. What do you think could be going on? Why might sales be unchanged even though copy-testing results are positive? And, as a researcher and analyst, how would you help the client figure out why ticket sales aren’t stronger?
