We are seeking a payroll specialist to assist with administering our payroll for 50 salaried employees. You will set up new employees in the payroll system; prepare and run semi-monthly payroll; and enroll employees in health, dental, 401k and other benefit programs. You will also place want-ads for new employees, screen resumes and schedule interviews between the applicant and the hiring manager.
Experience with running payroll with ADP or Paychex desired. You should be proficient in Excel. Experience with Quickbooks online is a plus. This position can be remote or you can work out of our office in Manhattan. If remote, you must be located in one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas or Florida.
Compensation: $45,000 per annum. Benefits include paid vacation, earned paid-time-off, medical and dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
