We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user surveys and research to gather insights that will inform our product development and improve the overall user experience. You will work closely with our product team to identify research objectives, develop survey questions, collect and analyze data, and present findings and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of user research objectives and strategies.
- Design and implement user surveys to gather feedback and insights.
- Collect and analyze survey data using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests to further understand user needs and behaviors.
- Organize and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the product team to incorporate research findings into product development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and usability testing.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or Marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in survey design and data analysis tools/software (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
