Position Overview:
Responsible for identifying and analyzing the business objectives of our stakeholders and develop solutions that exceed customer expectations. Also, responsible for maintaining focus on business strategy, capturing business needs and requirements, solution identification, feasibility and evaluation of business benefits within the lifecycle of a project.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performs demand management – identifies business needs
- Supports project planning and may manage small projects
- Performs business process analysis, requirements elicitation and documentation
- Leads JAD sessions/ requirements workshops
- Conceptual Data Modeling
- Solution Assessment
- Fit Gap Analysis
- Prototyping Support
- Participates in system, integration and acceptance testing, developing test scenarios and scripts
- Develop and document Traceability matrix
- 508 Compliance Certification testing
- Develops training materials pertaining to product usage
- Ability to work in a team
Required Skills:
- Strong Analytical, listening and communication skills
- Data Flow and Process Flow diagramming
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Use of automated test tools
Experience:
- 0 to 2+ years
- Experience with structured methodologies as well as Agile methods
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 3.5 GPA or higher
Location:
- Virtual and greater Washington region
