The Brevet Group is a management consulting firm operating at the intersection of strategy and sales enablement. As a Consultant, you will be a key component of client project teams delivering sales enablement consulting and sales training services. In addition, you will support firm initiatives, such as research and marketing.

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience and an entrepreneurial drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will have a proven track record using a structured problem-solving approach to create a variety of enablement program assets, including training materials, tools and job aids, and reinforcement assets. A strong interest in the domain of modern sales effectiveness is a must.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, organizing, and summarizing information relevant to client sales strategy and processes
  • Synthesize industry and competitive dynamics, best practices, and customer insights to identify key implications on client selling/go-to-market motions
  • Supporting in-depth interviews with client management and key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with other consultants and designers to explore alternatives and develop thinking (e.g., brainstorming sessions)
  • Planning and developing sales enablement materials, including training presentations, application activities, eLearning and reinforcement content, coaching support materials, job aids, and playbooks
  • Effectively communicating with both internal teams and external client teams
  • Managing multiple aspects of projects across many clients, including project management, logistical details, status updates, and quality assurance
  • Delivering timely deliverables and other client work, with minimal support and direction

  • Tackle problems in an organized, logical, and creative manner
  • Capable of travel once restrictions are lifted
  • Are comfortable and disciplined enough to effectively operate in a distributed work environment

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years excelling in a field such as sales enablement, internal performance consulting, change management, communications, marketing, or training
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • This position is available VIRTUALLY or in SEATTLE or ATLANTA
