INTERNSHIP SUMMARY

  • Create and update weekly, seasonal, and annual selling reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends in sales, stores, product categories, and markets.
  • Update selling tools such as look books, product launch packets, etc.
  • Conduct competitor analyses to highlight market trends and product needs.
  • Prepare for and participate in product and store training such as seasonal product launches, specific product focused trainings, etc.
  • Assist during sales campaign and other merchandising related events
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Participate in Intern Induction and the Inter Program Closing as well as any other learning and experiential activities during the program.

LEARNING OUTCOMES & BENEFITS

  • Exposure to the retail apparel industry, merchandising, retail industry activities, and awareness of critical partnerships with various departments
  • Development of practical skills and abilities necessary for job success in wholesale and the fashion industry
  • Understanding of real-world application to provide opportunity to truly assess their field of interest
  • The opportunity to improve skills such as verbal and written communication, collaboration, research, technology and presentation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university
  • Able to obtain academic credit for the internship
  • Demonstrated interest and academic focus on sales, wholesale, or a related field
  • Must consistently maintain a strong attention to detail, time management and project management
  • Ability to act with discretion when working with private and confidential materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

BENEFIT

  • Academic credit is offered for the internship
  • Paid internship at $17.00 per hour

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

The Fall 2026 Internship Program is expected to run from approximately August 31, 2026, through December 11, 2026. Exact start and end dates may vary slightly based on team needs or individual scheduling requirements. Interns are expected to commit up to 32 hours per week, with schedules that can accommodate academic obligations where applicable. Participation in this internship is contingent upon proof of eligibility to work in the United States, including submission of required documentation.
