Project Details: Charter has recently gone through some reorgs and are going to backfill a purchasing coordinator who recently moved to another team!
Must Have Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience with Excel
- Candidate must be diligent, organized, and self-checking.
- Candidate must have good communication skills with field personnel – will be shipping to 1200 locations and communicating to suppliers.
Nice to Have Skills: Ariba, SAP
Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree – Finance or Accounting (preferred but not necessary)
Additional Details: Must be onsite – not willing to relocate any candidates.
Day to day responsibilities: This candidate will be creating POs from quotes, processing the receipts, and doing invoice reconciliation. They will be taking these quotes and matching to the catalog prices. They will cover 11 regions and be responsible for shipping to 1200 locations.
