Key Responsibilities:
Co-op projects can include benchmarking activities researching accessories identifying key similarities and/or differences across OEMs and (the Aftermarket for more competitive commodities) which may influence pricing differences. This could involve either using the internet or other sources. As part of this, capture the pricing (MSRPs) as well as the key attributes across the competitors (and models). Gather & maintain the data in a spreadsheet or database. Create summary reports using data visualization tools like Tableau. Other projects could involve profit & margin analysis on accessories, working on the accessory business case to develop a profitable market based accessory pricing strategy. There could be other ad-hoc projects in addition to those called out above. The students will work on the assignments in one of the following groups:
Accessory Planning
Plan & develop accessories, review accessory business case
Accessory Pricing
Price accessories both uninstalled and installed keeping profitability in mind

Plano, TX (NA Service Parts and Accessories Headquarters)
Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited Bachelor’s or above degree program studying Business, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain
· Sophomores or above that are able to work two (2) or more semesters/quarters
· Cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher
· Have reliable transportation as co-ops may be traveling among our various facilities
· Have lawful unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
