The Gift Planning office helps Tufts donors include gifts in their wills and facilitates gifts of real estate, art and other complex assets. The Gift Planning Assistant works alongside development officers and university colleagues to develop, support and maintain outreach and stewardship of prospects and donors. This job may appeal to those interested in law and/or Advancement/Development professions.
This role will involve various projects and clerical duties of the Gift Planning Office. Primary responsibilities include organizing and maintaining data in Excel and a University database among other ad-hoc projects. When it is possible for this individual to be in the office, there will also be substantial filing work.

The ideal candidate will have a consistent work schedule for a total of 9 hours/week. The candidate will be prepared to be in the office on Tuesdays for 7 hours (9 am – 5 pm.) each week. The remaining 2 hours of work can be done remotely.
Fall semester employment, with a possibility of extending through the end of the academic calendar.
