Assists Customer Engagement and Success Team in all logistical, clerical, packing, shipping, and customer service functions during the busy summer months.
The hours would be 8:00-4:30 Mon-Fri, with a half hour unpaid lunch
This is a temporary position goes through the summer months located in the Turners Falls, Massachusetts office.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provides clerical and phone support to bookstore and registration team
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Registers participants for workshops in Salesforce and produces workshop certificates
Assists with packing and shipping of workshop and institute materials
Performs extensive data entry related to book sales and registrations
Processes invoices for registrations
Assists with daily mail pick-up and distribution
Receive training and strictly comply with procedures and policies regarding protection of personal information
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor necessary to meet workflow needs
