Targeting Broader Audience via Digital Marketing

Since pandemic, Yang Fan has pivoted, bringing its tutoring classes online to broader K-12 audience through distance learning. In addition to core academic offerings, we also offer coding and robotics classes such as DJI drone classes via distance learning, sending DJI educational drones to students to learn with at home.

We have great need to expand out digital marketing efforts, by revamping our website to a new technology platform, investing in SEO and content marking and increasing our online presence.

Your role will be a major part of such efforts. You will be closely working with our web developer and a professional SEO specialist in creating and implementing our social media strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Write content marking and SEO articles for the Yang Fan Academy

-Optimize or rewrite existing content to improve search rankings

-Complete keyword research and brainstorm topics for blog articles

-Research assigned topics and write articles as a subject-matter expert

-Monitor performance and improve on-page SEO of all authored articles

-Collaborate with contributors and agency partners

-Work with SEO Manager to strategize content and meet SEO goals

What You’ll Need

-Some SEO wring experience

-Excellent writer (have 2-3 sample links ready)

-Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS

-Robust knowledge of modern SEO strategy and on-page SEO best practices

-Experience working with Google Analytics or similar tools

-Analytical and data-driven

What’d Be Cool To Have

-Technical SEO (structured data, pagespeed, site architecture, etc) experience and knowledge

-Experience working with tech companies

-Investigave or research-heavy background

-Experience developing data-driven content and visualizations

-Experience within outreach and link building programs
