Join for this national observance recognizing the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787. We’ll welcome Tufts alumni who serve as judges and attorneys to share their insights. We’ll have Q&A on how the Constitution continues to inform civil liberties, governance, and life today. Light refreshments provided.

Courthouse & Law Firm Trek

Curious about what it’s really like to work in the legal field? Join us for an immersive Trek to the heart of Boston’s legal community.
We’ll begin at the John Joseph Moakley U.S. Courthouse, where participants will observe live courtroom proceedings and gain first-hand insight into the judicial process. The visit will include a guided tour of the courthouse and conversations with legal professionals— including a federal judge, a probation officer, a defense attorney, and a prosecutor.
Afterward, we’ll enjoy a group lunch and tour a Boston law firm, participating in Q&A with Jumbo alumni attorneys. You’ll learn about the day-to-day of practicing attorneys and explore paths in private practice.
