Career Courses

Jump start your career development journey with one of our Ex College courses! Led by expert career advisors, these courses use major career development theories to help students apply key concepts to their own career development processes, focusing on thoughtful self-reflection, major and career exploration, and the value of internships as tools in the exploration and decision-making process. Through activities, reading assignments, analysis, and writing, students will discover more about themselves and the world of work.

Career Fellows

Career Fellows are professionally-trained peer advisors who work with students both online and around campus. These energetic individuals are committed to helping you strengthen your resume and cover letters, find internships, explore career resources, and more.

Internship Grants

Each summer we fund 40-50 undergraduate students doing unpaid internships. These funds offer students the opportunity to explore career fields and gain experience. Selected students will receive $4,000. Students must secure an internship prior to the deadlines.

Career Fairs

Each year we bring hundreds of employers to campus — both in-person and virtually — to connect with and offer jobs and internships for Tufts students. Undergraduates and graduate students from all majors and class years are welcome to attend.

Networking and Industry Nights

Tufts alumni and employers from a range of career fields participate in our networking nights. Students have the opportunity to listen to panel discussions and get insider information from professionals working in careers that interest them.
