What did you do as an intern at this organization?
I conducted a needs based assessment on the Medicaid perinatal population in states that Pacify is partnered with to develop a plan of how Pacify can better cater their application to specific state demographics.

What did you enjoy most about your internship?
I enjoyed working on a small team of incredibly passionate people who are open-minded and having the agency to take my work where it excited me.
What did you find challenging?
I was nervous about a remote internship posing a threat to making strong relationships, so this was a challenge at first but I realized it made me a lot more intentional about my connections.
What advice would you offer to someone who wants to make the most of an internship like yours?
Definitely ask about the employee’s previous experiences and learn stories that helped them reach where they are. Some of these things may excite you or may bridge an interest you already have with a resource that can help you reach your goals!
