Register for Career Classes this Fall!

Did you know there are two different career-related classes you can register for during the upcoming fall semester? Both are taught by Career Center Advisers, and are a great way to integrate you career exploration and planning into your day-to-day life on campus (instead of having to make extra time for these things!)

Designing Your Career Journey: EXP-0068
Instructor: Sheryl Rosenberg

This course is a perfect introduction for first and second year students, or anyone just getting started on their career journey. This course is a half-semester and runs for the first 7 weeks of the fall semester. Throughout the 7 weeks, you’ll learn how to use design thinking to find meaningful experiences in college and jumpstart your career exploration. Included will be fun and engaging activities and speakers, and an opportunity to build a supportive community with other students. By the end of this course, you will have created a plan to kick off your career exploration while at Tufts.

Planning Your Career Pathway: ENT-0184 (also cross-listed as TGI-0114)
Instructor: Malakia Silcott

Explore the skills and knowledge needed across an individual’s career. Plan for internships and placements, prepare for a job search and gain the skills and confidence for interviewing and starting a job. Students will develop the skills and knowledge needed to plan for a successful and fulfilling career.
