A bit about me …
My goal is to help students in A&S and SMFA explore and discover careers that they love in arts, communication and media. My passion is working with students and creating space for them to reflect and ask big questions. Prior to Tufts, I spent over a decade working on student service programs and community partnerships at the University of San Francisco and Boston College. I earned a BA in English from SUNY Buffalo and hold a Masters in Higher & Postsecondary Education from Teachers College at Columbia. I currently serve on the Board of Advisors at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts.
Outside of work, my husband and I and our two young daughters love exploring New England in search of great food, culture, and beaches.
My most interesting/unusual job …
I worked at the catalogue desk at Sotheby’s Auction House in London for a year after college. In addition to getting to see priceless works of art on a daily basis, I spotted quite a few celebrities from my perch behind the catalogues.
