How did you find this internship?
I found this internship through a program I am a part of called the Upward Project.
What did you enjoy most about your internship?
I enjoyed the people I met working at my internship. While most of the work I did was mostly independent, everyone there was very helpful and came to help if I ever needed it. I also did some collaborations with them on some projects which was also exciting.
What did you find challenging?
During the internship, I had to work on many different projects at the same time, and in the beginning, it was difficult managing everything especially since the internship was hybrid and I generally work better in person. However, after the first few weeks, I started to get used to it and expanded my time management skills.
What advice would you offer to someone who wants to make the most of an internship like yours?
A piece of advice I would give to someone is to get to know the people you are working with! That is significant advice because networking is important and there could be people you’re working with who have similar interests as you and could potentially connect you to your next future role.
