Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning and organizing project activities
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Assist in tracking project progress and reporting on key performance indicators
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions and decision-making processes
- Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field,
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for learning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous internship or coursework in project management is a plus

- We are open to candidates who reside anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in Chicago (US-based candidates only).
- This is a non-paid position, but we can offer college credits if needed
- The opportunity to roll over into strategy & operation associate post-internship depends on performance and dedication during the internship period.
