Neurodiverse Counseling is currently seeking talented associate therapists to join our team! ONLINE THERAPY: Neurodiverse Counseling offers services to clients remotely.
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking talented clinicians who:
● Have high “EQ” (emotional intelligence)
● Are dedicated to providing quality care
● Consistently go “above and beyond” for their clients
● Have a proven track record of developing long-lasting client relationships
● Are team-oriented yet are able to manage themselves and work independently
● Possess excellent soft skills and a unique ability to connect with people
● Have direct psychotherapy experience with neurodivergent individuals across all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
● Are committed to constant professional development and learning and growing their clinical skill set
In addition, applicants must meet the following minimal requirements:
● Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related counseling field
● A minimum of 2 years as a counselor and/or other clinically relevant work
SCHEDULE & CASELOAD:
● The incoming clinicians will have significant flexibility in their scheduling and are free to schedule anywhere from 15 to 20 clients per week
● A starting caseload will be provided for the clinician upon hire, followed by a steady stream of incoming clients as desired
