R2C is seeking a former Air Force 3E5 or 32EX AFSC Civil Engineer to serve in Project Programmer role for program execution of design and construction projects for Offutt AFB, including infrastructure and installation planning and cost estimates. You will work in the Offutt AFB Civil Engineering Squadron planning activities including MILCON and non-MILCON projects including Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM), Utilities Privatization (UP), Housing Privatization (HP), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), Defense Commissary Agency (DECCA), and others. Experience within one of the two AFSC’s as enlisted or officer is required. Will consider equivalent experience from the Army or Navy.
