From Biloxi, Mississippi, to Ramstein, Germany, the Air Force has more than 76 health facilities around the world. As a Health Facilities Architect or Engineer, you’ll help ensure that every base has the healthcare facilities they need to keep operating successfully. In fact, you’ll have a hand in everything from design and construction, to developing facility master plans and life cycle management.
👩🎓EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Architects and Engineers in the Health Facilities Division are commissioned officers in the Air ForceMedical Service Corps. To be considered, you must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, architectural-engineering, civil-engineering, building construction or other closely-related degree from an accredited university. No prior experience required. The Health Facilities Division will provide extensive on-the-job training in the field of healthcare planning, design and construction
-Completed the GRE (292 or higher) or GMAT (500 or higher)
