City Year helps students and schools succeed by recruiting diverse teams of AmeriCorps members to provide holistic support to students, classrooms and the whole school. Through their year of service, City Year members help to ensure that students in systemically under-resourced schools are prepared with the skills and mindsets to thrive and contribute to their communities.
