We’re looking forward to having you on campus for the Tufts Fall In-Person Career Fair on Friday, September 23rd! Please carefully read the information below and note the deadlines. Please also ensure that this information is sent to the recruiters and representatives who will be attending the fair.
Shipping Materials: If you plan on shipping materials in advance, please make sure they arrive no later than Monday, September 19th. For shipping use the following address:

*In an effort to reduce waste, we encourage employers to create QR codes where students can access informational materials about your company virtually. In lieu of hard copies of flyers, pamphlets, and other materials, consider linking to your website, promotional videos, a slide deck, etc. via a QR code that can be displayed at your table.

Booth Set-Up, Professional photos available at the LinkedIn Photo Booth for employers
*Please do not arrive prior to 10:30AM to ensure event venue setup is completed
*Shipped materials arrived by 9/19 will be waiting for you at your table
Note: we are not able to provide power to the booths at this time

Fair is open to students
- Refreshments/lunch will be available in the Employer Hospitality Area in the back of the venue during the entire fair.
*We are trying to be as environmentally friendly as possible – we will have bottled water available but encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during the fair

Fair will promptly end, at conclusion of the fair, please:
- Leave your name tag on your table for us to recycle
- If Applicable: Leave any boxes at your table with your completed pre-paid label—they will be shipped on Tuesday
*We will have limited tape available, please bring your own to tape up any boxes you will be shipping back
