In this episode, we talk to three alumni all about internships and recruiting! Each panelist has had unique experiences working with students both navigating the recruiting process and making their internships a successful experience. Alex Klein, from Tufts class of 2019, earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering and currently works as a Mechanical Engineer at iRobot. He coordinates their intern program from the interview process to the program completion. Liz Barton, Tufts class of 2021, graduated in Biomedical Engineering and is currently a Consultant at Trinity Life Sciences. She shares her experiences navigating the recruiting process as a recent hire. Kelsey Hersh, Tufts class of 2011, earned her BA in Political Science and currently works as the Director of Recruiting at Hometap. She shares useful application tips and strategies from a recruiter’s point of view.
