Donnie is the head chef and owner at one of Little Rock’s hippest restaurants. He sat down with us to shed some light on what it takes to be a successful restaurateur.

[ Background sounds ] >> Things I love. Recently we've been picked up by Food & Wine magazine. I've done some work with some people affiliated with the Food Network. So getting to travel more and being on the national scene, getting create -- getting to be creative and using a lot of fresh ingredients. I love going to the farmer's market and talking with my farmers. I love seeing people getting excited over food or like an event. Some of my favorites are when you see some elderly couple maybe they've been married for 50 years and they chose to spend the night with me. That, to me, that's really rewarding. The not so rewarding parts and I hope to God I don't [inaudible] with this but when we get really busy on Friday nights or Sunday nights, I love spinning the bar but when I have people tell me it's -- I call it cute and people try to tell me how to run my business, how they can get a beer faster or how they can get sat faster. We've been in business for 7 years. We're doing very well. We have one location. I guess something else, that's really my only challenge is just having to manage some of the crowds with --
